You’ll be amazed at how quickly your fitness and strength will build. Our teachers will actively coach you through the basics on your first few visits.

Setting Up Your Account
To set up an account you must go to the online reservation system and create a username and password for yourself. Once you do that you can buy a ride card, make reservations and keep track of your rides.
Purchase a Ride Card
In order to ride, you must purchase a Ride Card before you can reserve a spot in class. You can also pay by cash or check at the studio, or you can use our online scheduling tool, a simple way for you to buy ride cards, reserve bikes, manage your account, track your progress.
Sign Ups and Reservations
Bikes can be reserved from 25 minutes to one week in advance. Use our online scheduling tool to reserve a bike now. If you are a walk-in, please use our sign-in sheet to get started. If you have made a reservation online, please check the sign-in sheet and initial next to your name so we know you are there.
Walk In and Release Policy
You can always walk-in without a reservation and if there are open bikes, you can pay for a ride or use your ride card. If you reserve in ahead of time, please be on-time. Empty bikes will be released to walk-ins at the start of every class.
Cancellations
You can cancel up to 10 hours prior to a class start time, with no penalty. You can sign up for a class one week before the class.
The Waitlist
If you are unable to book a bike because the class is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. As bikes open up in the class, we give them away to riders on the waitlist (in the order that they placed themselves on the list). You must purchase a class series BEFORE you can reserve a spot on the waitlist. When a bike becomes available, you will automatically be added to the class. You will receive an email as a confirmation stating that you are scheduled onto a bike. This can happen up until 2 hours before the class starts, so please keep in mind that if you no longer want a bike you must remove yourself from the wait list to avoid being charged.
Please update your email address to ensure we are able to communicate with you. If you do not get into the class, it will be returned to your class series. In addition, we do not offer the option of ‘switching’ classes. You are welcome to attend a class whenever there is a bike available. However, if you are scheduled for one class but prefer to attend at another time, you will be charged for both reservations, if you have not canceled your first bike 10 hours before the class.
